Meet The Team

  • Ellie Clark Orzeske

I was born and raised in this community. I grew up biking the Monon, serving pizza slices at Bazbeaux's, and representing North Central high school as both a diver and captain of the varsity softball team. After following my initial dream of pursuing a career in Sport Management I attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. I realized there's truly nothing like the Midwest and came back home. Initially I worked for Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor, and while working in the corporate world provided me with great experience, it didn't give me the satisfaction I wanted out a career. I wanted to wake up and be excited to go to work!

After some soul searching and talking things over with my family, I decided to partner with my mother in real estate and our partnership was formed. We're third and fourth generation realtors who not only bring a wealth of experience, but also a passion, to the process of buying and selling homes. I understand that buying a home is a huge deal. The process can seem daunting, but like any former athlete, I'm not intimidated by challenges; I'm inspired by them.

I'm passionate about the strong sense of community Indianapolis has to offer, and have loved watching my hometown grow into a nationally recognized city. I work to share that passion with buyers, helping them navigate the different neighborhoods and vibrant cultural districts have to offer. When I'm off the clock, if you can truly call that, you can always find me exploring my city with my high school sweetheart turned husband and our daughters, Leah and Dottie. It seems like everyday there's something new going on in Indy, be it a restaurant opening, new microbrew debut, or a cultural festival. I'm an active person and a go getter. I've heard people say there isn't much to do in Indy, I'm here to prove to those people that if you're bored, you're boring. Let me help you find all this great city has to offer and help you make it feel like home.

For over 35 years, I have called Indianapolis my home. It is where my husband, Phil, and I raised our three children and developed many wonderful friendships. It is where we learned that community matters and that great communities are filled with people with a “can-do” attitude. To me, Indianapolis is one of the best-kept secrets in the country as far as great places to live. We may not have an ocean or mountains, but we have a plethora of things to do and see, not to mention our famous Hoosier Hospitality!

After graduating from DePauw University, I began my career as a Registered Nurse and was involved in the many hats that a nurse wears, but always, my favorite part was in the relationships I built with patients and colleagues. It is this love of relationship-building that I continue today as a Realtor. It is truly a joy for me when my clients become my friends.

I have many interests: traveling, sailing, running, biking and as a self-proclaimed Foodie, I enjoy not just going to restaurants, but also cooking at home and entertaining friends and family. On a typical Spring, Summer or Fall weekend, you will find Phil and I grilling out and entertaining on our fabulous, screened porch and patio area. You may also find us biking all over town to try a new restaurant, stop by one of the many craft breweries or just taking in all there is to do along the Monon Trail, Cultural Trail and Canal Towpath.

In 2017, my daughter, Ellie Orzeske, joined me in the real estate business and our team was formed. Ellie and I represent third and fourth generation Realtors, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother. I guess you could say that we were “born” into this business!

  • Samantha Rauh

Having been born and raised in Indianapolis, this city is in my blood. Although I left the state of Indiana to attend college at the University of Dayton (earning a Master’s in Communication with a minor in Psychology), I knew I always wanted to return home.

Upon college graduation, I took a position at the F. C. Tucker Company as an Office Coordinator for one of the local branches of the company. Quickly, I became a Transaction Manager responsible for coordinating all the details of getting a property from listed to pended to SOLD and I have never looked back! For ten years I have been assisting buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. I absolutely love what I do!

I am passionate about giving each client a “white glove” experience. I do this by utilizing my communications skills, knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, as well as my expertise in negotiating to make the process as stress-free as possible.

When I am not working, you will find me exploring the city with my husband, Tom and daughters, Margo and Leena. We enjoy attending Pacer games, running in the Monumental Mini-Marathon annually, trying new restaurants and breweries (ask me for my list of favorites!), and spending time with our families and friends.

  • Rachael Burt

Born and raised in rural Southern Indiana, I grew up in a farming family, helping steward my grandparents’ 150-year-old homestead. I learned at a young age how important it was to work together, work hard and be grateful every day.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville, I embraced non-profit work first with my alma mater. In 1999, I moved to Indianapolis and was fortunate to spend over 16 years serving Ballet Internationale and Butler University where I focused on alumni/donor relations, fundraising and events including two Presidential visits during Butler’s Sesquicentennial and back-to-back Final Four appearances. I’m blessed to have so much exposure to Indianapolis and the community through my non-profit work. I built and fostered strong relationships that I still have today, and I cherish those relationships that have broadened my real estate career.

My desire to serve extends to the giving of my time, talent and treasure to other Central Indiana area non-profit organizations including St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild, Carmel United Methodist Church, Carmel Dads’ Club, and Guerin Catholic High School. Volunteering and giving to our area non-profits amplify the importance of working together for better outcomes within our community.

In my downtime, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, participating in my children’s activities, cooking with my husband, or attending an Orangetheory class. I’m so grateful for my partner in life, my husband of 22+ years, Robert. Our children, Robbie and Reagan, keep us busy with many high school and middle school activities. And I can’t forget the four-legged babies in our home, our two rescue dogs, Lennie and Luna.

Growing up with my mom as a realtor, I have developed an appreciation for home ownership and the hard work it takes to get there. Seeing how transformative home ownership can be, I knew that I wanted to help people achieve their dreams. In 2021, I moved to Indianapolis from Denver and quickly felt proud to call this vivacious city my home!

Quickly after moving here, I began my real estate career with the F.C. Tucker Company. I started out as a solo agent strengthening my skills, deepening my knowledge and getting hands-on experience, which allowed me to gain confidence. I am excited to have the opportunity to join the “True North Realty Group” and cannot wait to learn even more from a team with over 40 years of combined experience.

I am passionate about creating authentic relationships and lasting communities! My passion combined with knowledge of the local market and strong network of industry professionals, allows me to provide every client with the most up-to-date information and resources. I am always striving to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative solutions to help my clients succeed.

When I am not working with clients, you can find me exploring the beautiful outdoors with my husband, Ethan, and our Husky, Stormi! We enjoy a meal out with friends (we know all the places), a competitive round of pickle ball and a stroll along the Monon. Let me be a part of your journey to find your dream house and make it home!
